After 20 years in the field, a piece of my passion work is mentoring coaches, visionaries, leaders and practitioners to have a greater impact in the world. I believe that people who are driven to make a difference, who have been doing their personal development work, and who have the skills to touch the hearts and lives of others are needed during this time of transition.
Selfishly, I know that those who are doing their own personal development work and who have hearts for service are the Lightworkers who will carry us to the New Earth and build the new paradigms that will better support all of humanity. I am designed at a soul level to be a shepherd for this tribe of individuals.
I partner with Michele Rae through the Center Within to offer webinars, signature programs in group coaching and business building, mentorship to strengthen and advance coaching skills, and individual coaching. All webinars, mentoring and signature courses provide NBHWC CEs upon completion.

Mentoring
Mentoring works well for coaches who want to build confidence in or advance their skills, create clarity about their coaching style, and identify opportunities to stretch their personal development in a nurturing partnership with a seasoned coach.
A quick story about me and mentoring; as a new nurse, I could naturally support other nurses who were failing their orientation to be successful, confident nurses in 4 weeks. I have always been able to see people’s strengths and how to anchor them, see people’s potential and what needs to develop for them to be confident in their skills, and sense what empathetic support as well as constructive feedback will best meet their learning needs. And if I don’t have a sense, like any great coach, I ask powerful questions!
To this day, more than 25 years later, I still love to mentor others. I do it in my faculty work with students at the University of Minnesota’s Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coaching program, I have mentored several NBC-HWCs preparing for their boards, and I have mentored a number of people growing their workplace skills while serving in different leadership roles.

Michele and I consistently create webinars, or partner with others to design relevant content for NBC-HWCs who want to advance their skills. We have designed and delivered a number of webinars that are available on Teachable.
All of our work is geared toward coaches who are looking for content that comes from a holistic perspective and a mind-body-spirit approach while being anchored in research and best practices.
